Our Customization Process
01.
Initial Consultation
Our customization journey begins either with a personal visit to our shops in Singapore or Hong Kong or via a video call for clients abroad or unable to visit in person. During this initial consultation, our team provides essential insights to guide you in making informed decisions. We will discuss:
- Preferred diamond cuts and shapes, including any specific requests (ratios, dimensions, etc.).
- Desired color and clarity combinations.
- Budget considerations.
- Design preferences, including any inspirations or openness to recommendations
02.
Diamond and Gemstone Selection
Every diamond or gemstone is handpicked by co-founder Roi Sheinfeld. Only a few out of hundreds that Roi checks every month are selected and purchased into the M&B collection, ensuring superior cut quality, exceptional clarity (free from black inclusions), and perfect proportions. If your specific request isn't available in-house, our extensive global network enables us to source the ideal diamond or gemstone to match your preferences precisely.

Design Concept Development
After clarifying your diamond selection and ring design preferences, our designers will prepare an initial CAD file or sketch. We offer revisions based on your feedback and then provide a detailed rendering. Additionally, we can produce a physical plastic mold, allowing you to experience the ring design firsthand.

Design Approval
Clients can approve their jewelry design either by a visit to the shop
and going over the details with the team or digitally through WhatsApp by reviewing and confirming the CAD renderings.
05.
Production Process
Upon final design approval, the jewelry production timeline varies from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity. Typically, an engagement ring requires 2-3 weeks to complete from the date of approval.

Quality Assurance
Each piece undergoes rigorous quality control (QC) procedures at our dedicated office. Jewelry is only delivered to our shops or directly to clients after meeting our strict quality standards.

Delivery and Aftercare
Clients may pick up their customized jewelry directly from our shops, or
we can arrange secure delivery. All our jewelry includes a lifetime maintenance guarantee, including free resizing. Additional details are available on our FAQ page.
08.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Once a diamond or gemstone is selected, we require a deposit to begin the
customization process. The remaining balance is payable upon jewelry collection
or prior to shipment.

Communication and Updates
Our clients are encouraged to reach out to us anytime during business
hours for updates, questions, or special requests throughout the customization
process.
